Ongoing communication between Game OVR - Ozarks VR and The City of Lake Ozark Planning & Zoning Commission continue.

On July 2nd 2025, the founder of Game OVR - Ozarks VR went in front of the Planning & Zoning Commission during their monthly scheduled meeting and spoke on behalf of Game OVR to seek clarification on the current zoning code or have them amend the code to support the use of Mobile Business Units in the C-1 District in Lake Ozark MO. The committee seemed very excited about the prospects of the business being located in Lake Ozark but tabled the issue to research how other cities in the area treat mobile business units. This petition to the committee will be re-visited during the August monthly scheduled meeting of the commission.
